- About Us
Finaco Pro is an educational coaching provider offering training, mentoring, and academic support for students pursuing the ACCA qualification awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Finaco Pro is an independent learning provider and is not the awarding body for ACCA examinations.
- Classes and schedule
Live Online Classes – Webcam Requirement
Students attending live classes must keep their webcam switched on throughout the session unless permitted otherwise by the faculty. This is mandatory for attendance monitoring, discipline, and effective participation.
Right to Modify Schedule
Finaco Pro reserves the right to change class schedules, batch timings, faculty allocation, or session dates due to academic, administrative, or unforeseen circumstances. Students will be informed in advance wherever reasonably possible.
- Eligibility
By enrolling with Finaco Pro, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria for the ACCA qualification as prescribed by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. You further declare that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. Students are solely responsible for maintaining their ACCA student account (myACCA), including compliance with all ACCA requirements, payments, deadlines, and obligations directly with ACCA.
- Enrollment & Access
- Course access is granted only after full payment at the given period (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
- Finaco Pro reserves the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
- Course validity will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
- Fees & Payment
- All course fees must be paid as per payment plans in full before access is granted.
- Fees, once paid, are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Any applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.
- Failure to complete payments as decided may result in suspension of access.
- Refund Policy
- Course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cases where no classes or lectures have been attended, accessed, or viewed.
- Refunds, if granted in exceptional cases, shall be approved solely at the discretion of Finaco Pro. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of formal written approval.
- Finaco Pro reserves the right to deduct administrative charges, payment gateway fees, banking charges, processing fees, or any other applicable third-party charges from the refund amount.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only through the original mode of payment used for the transaction.
- No reimbursement or adjustment shall be made for any personal expenses incurred by the student, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, study materials, technology costs, or other incidental expenses.
- All third-party charges of any nature are strictly non-refundable.
Paragraph wise: All course fees paid to Finaco Pro are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases where no classes or lectures have been attended, accessed, or viewed. - Extension Policy
- Access extensions may be granted subject to Finaco Pro’s extension policy applicable at the time.
- Extension fees, if any, will be communicated in advance.
- Extensions are not automatic and must be requested within the specified timeline.
- Intellectual Property
All course materials, including
- Video lectures
- Study notes
- Question banks
- Mock exams
- PDFs and presentations
are the intellectual property of Finaco Pro.
You may not:
- Record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the material.
- Upload content to public platforms.
- Use the material for commercial purposes.
Violation may result in legal action and termination of access without refund.
Paragraph: All course materials provided by Finaco Pro, including video lectures, study notes, question banks, mock exams, PDFs, and presentations, are the exclusive intellectual property of Finaco Pro. Students are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, selling, sharing, uploading to public platforms, or using any material for commercial purposes. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to appropriate legal action.
- Student Responsibilities
Students are solely responsible for paying all fees directly to ACCA, including but not limited to annual subscription fees, exemption fees, examination fees, and any other charges associated with the ACCA qualification conducted by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Students must independently book their examinations through the official ACCA portal and ensure that they meet all applicable deadlines, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements prescribed by ACCA. Finaco Pro does not assume responsibility for any missed deadlines, incorrect bookings, or penalties imposed by ACCA. Furthermore, Finaco Pro does not guarantee examination success, as performance depends entirely on the student’s individual effort, preparation, and adherence to ACCA guidelines.
- Loss and/or theft
Finaco Pro shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings at the institute premises (if applicable) or during any academic-related activity. Students are advised to take care of their personal property.
- Limitation of Liability
Finaco Pro shall not be liable for:
- Examination results
- Technical issues on third-party platforms
- Internet disruptions
- Changes made by ACCA in syllabus, exam pattern, or policies
- We reserve the right to update course content as per changes introduced by ACCA.
- Website Usage
You agree not to attempt any unauthorized access to Finaco Pro’s systems, servers, accounts, or data; disrupt, damage, or interfere with the proper functioning, security, or performance of the website or its related services; or use the website or its content for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose under applicable laws and regulations.
- Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Modifications
Finaco Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and courses constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
