I hereby confirm that the information provided by me in this enrollment form is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of my enrollment without refund.
I acknowledge that Finaco Pro is an independent coaching provider for the ACCA qualification awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is not the awarding body for ACCA examinations.
I understand and agree that:
- Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Refund Policy of Finaco Pro.
- Course access is personal and non-transferable, and sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- I am solely responsible for registering with ACCA and paying all applicable fees directly to ACCA, including registration, subscription, exemption, and examination fees.
- Finaco Pro does not guarantee examination success, as results depend on individual effort and preparation.
I further grant consent to Finaco Pro to use my name, photograph, academic progress, examination results, testimonials, job placements, and success stories for promotional and branding purposes, including use on the website, social media platforms, LinkedIn, marketing materials, and promotional videos. I understand that I may withdraw this consent by submitting a written request.
